i was doing a raid on the capital when the connection started to fail and this notification popped up on my screen saying that "the client and server were out of sync and there was an optional update in the app store that included bug fixes and changes." i had no choice but to reload the game, and when i got back to the enemy clan capital i noticed that it seemed like i hadn't done the raid i was doing, the place i was raiding had the exact same damage percentage as it had before i did the raid, but it was deducted from my raid total anyway which makes no sense whatsoever. the worst thing of all is that i went to my app store to download this supposed "optional update" expecting that it would automatically give me back that raid that i was missing and i found nothing because in fact i had already downloaded it about two days ago. I already contacted the supercell team six hours ago and i hope they can give me back the raid that was unfairly taken away from me because it was clearly a game error.

This happens very often for many people and I don’t think there is anything you can really do
it’s just one attack in a weekend raid… they’re not going to give it back and i don’t think there’s even a way to. you started the attack, and as far as the game is concerned, you lost connection. just play the next raid weekend, it won’t even affect your rewards
