Tengo que laburar con otro dev un proyecto grande (migraciones de un monolito y creación de billetera virtual para una app que opera en varios paises, bajo multiples regulaciones).
Los cambios son en el backend, mobile y ci/cd. En 3 meses tiene que salir y falta mucho análisis de código legacy, definiciones de producto que piden cosas irrisorias y commitments de otros equipos.
El tema es que no tengo aumento hace 2 años, aunque cobro en USD, siempre me prometieron subir de nivel pero nunca nada.
No tengo ganas de laburar como loca, incluyendo horas extras no pagas, por el mismo sueldo por un proyecto que sólo me sirve para aprender del mundo fintech, ya intenté negociar pero sólo me prometieron que si todo sale bien en 6 meses vuelven a evaluar la promoción (piensen que la vez pasada me cancelaron la promoción por layoffs).
Soy una hdp si me rasco mientras busco otro laburo? O me pongo las pilas en el proyecto y a la vez busco otro laburo para no quemar puentes?
